College Park is such a fun city to live in and the residents are proud to call it home. Located just north of Downtown Orlando (1.4 miles), it's a distinct neighborhood within the city of Orlando deriving its name from the many streets within its bounds that were named for institutions of higher learning such as Princeton, Harvard, and Yale. Urban living with a small-town feel!

College Park has been voted Orlando's best neighborhood. It's a great place to visit to experience the "real Orlando" with one-of-a-kind boutiques, restaurants, spa experiences, local art, public parks, and great signature events throughout the year. In the fall, the main Drive (Edgewater) is closed down for JazzFest with 10 bands on 3 stages, followed by other great events including Holiday on the Drive in December and Dancing on the Drive in the Spring.
